I actually didn't buy this from Amazon, but I had ordered it about a year ago from the Skinny Guide website. When it first arrived, I was a little disappointed at how small it was ( but I guess that's the point!) We used it on our trip to NYC and I have to say...the recommendations really were great. we kept it in us at all times and used it constantly. Very well laid out.Product details

I used "The Skinny on.. San Francisco" when I was there on business, and really loved it. I happen to live in New York and I get lots of visitors, but I don't alway have time to hang out and play tour guide. I keep a pile of guide books in my apartment, and everyone always tells me that The Skinny Guide is their favorite. It just gets right to the point, and it has great suggestions.
